It’s time for our 2nd annual Burnley Collector’s Association Cypop pre-order. This run is just for Brawlers—whether you’ve been here since 2013 or just got your number. Last year’s pre-order was a huge undertaking (and, uh, a little bit of a timeline adventure). We learned a lot, tightened up our process, and built this year’s drop to be smoother for everyone. That said, this is still a made-to-order, club-only project—so if waiting past the holidays is going to make you twitchy or have you emailing on Christmas asking where your Cypop is, this might not be the drop for you. 😉

The Specs

• Material: .312" (thick) stainless steel
• Shape: Toothy
• Front: BRWLR text (exclusive to the annual club Cypops), Brawler Stamped
• Back: Classic BRNLY text
• Sizes:
  • Classic
  • Biggie – best for larger ring sizes 16 and up

Your Brawler Number (or 2025)

• Each Cypop is laser-engraved on the top edge with your Brawler Member Number.
• Most numbers are 4 digits, but we can accommodate up to 10 digits.
• At checkout, enter your Brawler number in the field provided and we’ll handle the rest.
• If anything looks off, we’ll email you to confirm.

Prefer no number?
If you don’t want your Brawler number engraved, we’ll engrave 2025 instead.

Matching GSD Cozie

One of the big lessons from last year was that mixing and matching add-ons made shipping more complex than it needed to be. This year, we’re keeping it simple:

If you order a Cypop, you’re getting the GSD Cozie that fits it—no extra steps, no guessing sizes.

• Made by Greg from Wickett & Craig Black Harness leather
• Stamped on the front with BRWLR-GSD / Brawler Diamond and WHDG logo on back

Timeline & Expectations (Please Read This Part 🙂)

Last year’s open pre-order turned into a bit of a marathon but we learned some great lessons that we're applying in year #2. That being said, there can always be snags when you're working with big numbers and a very small team. Please keep in mind: 

• Open ended pre-orders are a moving target and delivery timelines are variable. 
• Cypops will ship after the New Year. We are shooting for January. 
• These will be shipped as they are finished so there's a good chance someone will post theirs before you get yours--don't worry. 
• We can't accommodate special requests like change of stamp location or requests for additional stamps. 
• Product Limits: One Cypop Per Person, Please (i.e. may not order 1 Classic and 1 Biggie—sorry). No returns or exchanges. If we messed up, we'll make it right.
