SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We’re a small team. Most packages ship within a week.

First-Class. A shipment notification with tracking information will be emailed once your order is completed and processed for shipping. US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Heavier items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail due to weight limits. International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Mail without tracking.

Incorrect Shipping Information. If a package is returned to BRNLY due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. BRNLY is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages. BRNLY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed by the carrier to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BRNLY will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.We are also not responsible for packages held in customs on international orders. It will be the customer's responsibility to claim and recover packages from customs and paying any import taxes and fees.

International Orders. Please be aware that BRNLY is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.

Buyer responsibility. The buyer is responsible for assuring that any product purchased from BRNLY can be lawfully shipped and or imported to the destination city, state or country. The buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination city/state/country. State laws and Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that your order was seized by customs or other agencies. Please know your local laws and regulations.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand, and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased from BRNLY. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he or she:

  • is at least 18 years old,
  • is legally permitted to own the products in the country/state/city in which they live,
  • is in compliance with ALL applicable local, state, federal, and international laws,
  • will use the products ordered in a responsible, lawful manner.

CAUTION:  The buyer assumes all responsibility for any injury or harm associated with any item purchased from BRNLY.
